The opportunity

As CEO, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, strategy, performance, and culture of the organisation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Setting and delivering the organisation's long-term strategy and vision.
• Leading, developing, and empowering the senior leadership team.
• Driving sustainable growth and strong financial performance.
• Identifying new commercial, partnership, and market opportunities.
• Building a positive, accountable, and high-performing workplace culture.

About you

You will be an accomplished senior leader with the credibility and experience to lead an organisation at executive level.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, or senior executive.
• Strong commercial and financial leadership capability.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful business strategies.
• Experience leading and developing senior leadership teams.
• A strong track record of delivering growth and organisational change.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound understanding of governance, financial management, and organisational risk.
• The ability to make clear, evidence-based decisions in complex environments.
• A collaborative and empowering leadership style.
