Client Success Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Client Success Manager to ensure our clients derive maximum value from our products and services. You will focus on onboarding, retention, and building long-term relationships that drive customer loyalty and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal 
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations 
  • Understand customer goals and align solutions to achieve desired outcomes 
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively address risks 
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance discussions 
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience 
  • Act as the voice of the customer and provide feedback to product teams 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field 
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or support roles 
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills 
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities 
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively 
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer success tools 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS or tech industry 
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills 
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach
