About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Client Support Administrator to join our team in Auckland. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and operational support to clients while ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven background in managing client relationships and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to clients and internal teams
     
  • Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner
     
  • Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and reports in company systems
     
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups with clients and team members
     
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining ongoing relationships
     
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and client documentation as required
     
  • Monitor and resolve client issues while ensuring a high level of service satisfaction
     
  • Support business operations by maintaining organised administrative processes
     

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
     
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
     
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
     
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
     
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
     

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in client support, customer service, or administrative roles
     
  • Experience working in client-facing environments
     
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and administrative tasks efficiently
     

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
     

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Certificate in Business Administration
     
  • Customer Service or Client Relationship Management Certification
