Join Toyota New Zealand and be the driving force behind our exceptional customer support, ensuring smooth and efficient new vehicle sales operations.The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Toyota Store Network with the sale and delivery of Toyota New Vehicles. This includes supporting our nationwide network of stores with managing the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to delivery, and offering valuable market insights to drive sales growth and profitability. This role is essential in ensuring Toyota's new vehicle sales operations run smoothly and efficiently, while also maintaining Toyota's high standards and best practices.This opportunity is permanent/full-time based on-site Monday – Friday at our Head Office in Palmerston North.What’s involved in the role:
- Provide customer support to the Toyota Store Network and coordinate the New Vehicle sale process from start to finish.
- Respond to all Toyota Store queries via email and phone and provide resolutions.
- Undertake administration duties and ensure accurate system-based updates as part of the New Vehicle sale process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve sales processes.
- Prepare key insights and sales KPI reports for internal stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:
- Excellent communication skills with good phone and email etiquette.
- Confident using technology and the ability to quickly pick up and navigate new systems. Experience with the Microsoft suite and JD Edwards is beneficial but not a requirement.
- Customer service experience, with a positive attitude to willingly support our Stores.
- The ability to ask questions and think outside of the box to solve problems.
- Resilience, the ability to understand and empathise with others and a calm nature.
- The ability to collaborate with others and contribute to a close-knit team.
