Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Farm Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with the farm owners and other staff to ensure the smooth operation of the farm. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with daily milking, animal care, and general farm maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Milking: Assist in milking 465 crossbred cows twice daily.
- Animal Care: Monitor cow health, assist with feeding, and manage calving.
- Farm Maintenance: Perform general maintenance tasks, including fencing, machinery upkeep, and pasture management.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside the farm owners and other staff to maintain efficient farm operations.
