About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions within the organization. You will play a strategic role in shaping company culture, improving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with New Zealand employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies 
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures 
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes 
• Lead performance management and appraisal processes 
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives 
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies 
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination 
• Provide HR insights and strategic advice to leadership 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 
• 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role 
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment laws and regulations 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information 
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities 

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certifications (e.g., CIPD or equivalent) 
• Experience in organizational development and change management 
• Exposure to HRIS systems
