About the Role
As Practice Manager, you will:
- Own the financial and operational performance of the Wānaka practice
- Lead all HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, training, rostering, and team engagement
- Deliver exceptional client service and handle all feedback and resolution
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives with our support office
- Maintain compliance with optometry board and health regulations
As an Eyewear Consultant, you will:
- Provide tailored solutions to meet clients’ vision and lifestyle needs
- Offer premium care that sets us apart from standard optometrist clinics
- Assist optometrists with pre-dispensing procedures and auxiliary tests
- Ensure retail displays are attractive and stock movement is optimised
- Represent OCULA’s sophisticated and fashion-forward image

What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the optics industry
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of NZ employment law and practice financials
- Outstanding communication, customer service, and computer literacy
