About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will:

  • Own the financial and operational performance of the Wānaka practice
  • Lead all HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, training, rostering, and team engagement
  • Deliver exceptional client service and handle all feedback and resolution
  • Develop and execute local marketing initiatives with our support office
  • Maintain compliance with optometry board and health regulations

As an Eyewear Consultant, you will:

  • Provide tailored solutions to meet clients’ vision and lifestyle needs
  • Offer premium care that sets us apart from standard optometrist clinics
  • Assist optometrists with pre-dispensing procedures and auxiliary tests
  • Ensure retail displays are attractive and stock movement is optimised
  • Represent OCULA’s sophisticated and fashion-forward image

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the optics industry
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Solid understanding of NZ employment law and practice financials
  • Outstanding communication, customer service, and computer literacy
